  Seems like if you don’t tip, their service changes completely. I was given my one cup of coffee after everyone on the other lane got theirs firs and everyone in my lane got theirs first, plus there were two vehicles behind me that got their drinks before I did. I like coming here because I pike the coffee and fast service, but asking for a tip seems almost forced and service changes dramatically if you don’t tip! Very disappointing, this has never happened to me at Starbucks. Although I like 7s coffee better, I’d rather go to Starbucks because of their service, they really don’t care if you tip or not, their customer service is the same. This seems like a trend a new businesses, as soon as the training team leaves, the people left behind can’t keep up with expectations….

  Blown away by how fun, knowledgeable and friendly the staff was. I was a bit overwhelmed by the many options they have. They asked me some questions and ended up recommending a banana bread iced coffee with sugar free syrups and oat milk per my preferences! It was soooo good! It actually tasted like coffee with flavoring instead of just a sweet drink. Great drinks and staff, different milk options and sugar feee options; this is going to be my go to for sure!

  Everyone here was very welcoming! I had gotten a drink here a couple times and there was no issue with the drink then when I got it again it couldn't be made how I wanted it and when I asked why, they gave no proper explanation why they couldn't make it! The manager wasn't nice and had an attitude when it came to the refund and when I was going to ask a question she rudely interrupted and continued speaking. Ended up being very disappointed

  We went to 7 Brew yesterday afternoon and Miss Kaylee was very helpful. She also suggested a muffin top that was delicious.
