  I kindly let the staff do their job without talking over them. I see rude people doing that often when I’m waiting in line, that’s how mistakes happen. Super awesome staff! I always give them a friendly smile and words of encouragement. They work hard in the hot sun and STILL have to deal with people and make great drinks. Keep up the great work! You all are part of my daily routine and I’ve NEVER had an issue. 👍🏽

  i normally don’t like leaving reviews but this was one of the worst experiences i have had in this location. upon arriving and placing a order with the the employee i did not like the tone she gave me and didn’t ask for my number for my rewards, when asked why my number was not asked upon arriving employee stated “it’s cause no one really likes to give us their number” when i went to the same location two hours before and the same employee asked for my number for my rewards. i asked to speak to a manger and right off the bat the manger was very unprofessional and looked at the tablet and gave us a ticket and said “well you aren’t gonna get the points so here is this for a free drink” i wasn’t asking for anything i was simply trying to figure out why my number wasn’t asked and the manger was making faces. i then asked who the district manger was or higher up and said “i don’t know” then changed her answer to “she isn’t here today” the customer service i received today was completely unprofessional and uncalled for.

  Every time I stop by 7 Brew, I'm reminded why I keep coming back. Leah is incredibly friendly, welcoming, and genuinely makes you feel like more than just another customer. She always has a positive attitude and goes out of her way to make your day a little better. The rest of the staff is just as impressive. Everyone is upbeat, fast, and works together really well, creating a fun atmosphere while still getting drinks out quickly. Great customer service can be hard to find, but this team absolutely nails it. If you're looking for great coffee and even better people, this is the place to go!

  Such a large menu, I had no idea what to get. Leah was able to give a great recommendation for a drink. Definitely made it much easier for me. Highly recommend giving it a shot.

  So I showed up to 7 brew today not knowing what I wanted. I explained to Stephanie what it is that I had in mind. Stephanie recommended me a drink even offered to make me a kids to taste it. She was super nice she went above and beyond. The drink that she recommended is my new favorite. Make sure you ask for Stephanie and leave her a tip. There was another girl there Cassandra she was awesome as well. All in all great experience there today! Stephanie and Cassandra get a 10/10
