  If I could give it 0 stars I would. Now I understand this is the only fast food place with a drive thru in Eagle Lake, understandably its going to be busy. However almost every single time I come I have issues. Expect the wait to be at least 20-30 minutes, food to be switched, and an attitude from the young women that work there. After I received my drink from the woman at drive thru named Sheena B, I asked if I could use my free soft serve coupon. She proceeded to tell me to "park and they'll deal with it". So I parked and sat for roughly 30 minutes, finally got my food (and free soft serve after having to ask for it again) went home and opened my meal. My ONE meal. And it was WRONG. I looked at the receipt, which everything looked correct on, except they had my car as well as ANOTHER car on the description. So I'm assuming the gave my food to the other car, and their food to me. At this point I was so over it and didn't even want to make the effort to go back and try and make things "right". Simply because of how many times I've had to do it before. I may go back one day if they come under new management or owners.

  We visited Dairy Queen on the way home from Splash Way. The food was cooked just right, everything was so fresh and hot. The Blizzards were great!

  6/3/2026 just ordered while in line and pulled around the the front ordered a triple buster and I wound up with a single with jalapeños when I got home..not satisfied for what I paid for and didn’t get what I ordered….

  I asked for a medium dip cone, I received a small dip column that looked like it was dropped. Order a medium doctor pepper, I received a cherry Dr pepper.
