Fine burger, slow line, mixed order Stopped at the Whataburger drive-thru on a weeknight and ordered a Whataburger with cheese, a large fries, and a sweet tea. The line was only six cars deep, but it took about 20 minutes to reach the window. The burger was good. The bun was toasted, the patty was hot, and the toppings tasted fresh. The mustard is what makes it, and it worked here. The fries were the letdown. They were lukewarm and a little limp, like they'd been sitting under the lamp for a while. The tea was strong and cold, which was the right call. One thing was missing from the bag. I asked for extra ketchup and got none, and I didn't notice until I was already parked at home. Check your bag before you pull away. The person at the window was polite, and the food was fine when it came together. But with the wait, the cold fries, and the forgotten sauce, it felt average for the price. Three stars. I'd go back for the burger, but I'd eat inside or plan for some extra time.

Terrible mobile order service. 30 minute wait without notification , requested sauces not in my bag and food was cold. I called the restaurant to ask about My order and was told to wait a minute and the phone was hung up. No eta on my food and no apology.very disappointed

BREAD WAS HARD..CHEESE WAS NOT EVEN MELTED.. MEAT WAS COLD..I WAS LIKE ARE YOU SERIOUS !!! WAITING ON MY NEW MICROWAVE...SO I COULDN'T EVEN TRY TO WARM IT UP..OOO AND MY FRIES WERE SO OVER COOKED AND HARD...WHAT IS REALLY GOIN ON !!
