Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

I had a disappointing experience at the Whataburger location in Duncanville, Texas. My DoorDash order took longer than it should have to be prepared and ready for pickup, even though it didn’t seem very busy at the time. Because of the delay, my driver had to wait longer than expected, which affected the overall delivery time. I understand that things can get busy in a restaurant, and I also recognize that some employees may be working hard, especially managers who end up carrying a lot of responsibility, but it seemed like there wasn’t enough teamwork or urgency from everyone on shift to keep things moving efficiently. It felt inconsistent and unorganized, like not everyone was fully engaged in helping the line or supporting each other during service. Even if it was a slower period, orders should still be handled in a timely and professional manner so customers and delivery drivers aren’t left waiting unnecessarily. I hope management addresses staffing and teamwork so situations like this don’t continue, because it reflects poorly on the store and creates unnecessary stress for everyone involved, including the employees who are actually trying to keep things running.

Jill g the manager is the sweetest most attentive caring speedy manager. I’m from out of state and love Whataburger I came 2 nights in a row and seen Jill working her tail off both times. She deserves all the amazing opportunities you have to offer. She makes this place! Appreciate her.

This food was some of the worst I’ve had. The hash browns are so old I wouldn’t feed it to my dog! The gravy was cold and watery like how the hell does that match. DO NOT GO HERE!!!!
