  Whataburger use to prepare hot food, my food was cold. Pitiful and won't be back.

  I have visited this location several times in the past 6 months and even if there is nobody else waiting for food they have you pull up and wait 10 to 15 minutes for the order and it's not even fresh off the grill when you do finally receive it. I don't know why it always takes this long to receive your order when there seems to be plenty of staff behind the counter. This morning was the worst. I placed my order and was asked to pull foward after waiting for about 10 - 15 minutes it was brought out to me and I told the server that I didn't receive my drink and she apologized and said she would bring it right out and she promptly started serving other drive through customers. I did not get my drink. I was going to be late to work so I waited another 5 minutes before leaving. It's very unfortunate the staff seemed very pleasant, but still lacking in customer service.

  This Whataburger location is always awesome. Staff is very professional and attentive to service. The young lady that took my order at 9:15 am was very nice and reflects the level of service we expect from Texas #1 burgers. Thank you Whataburger

  Here’s my “large fry” I’m sick of getting scammed at my neighborhood Whataburger with workers who more often than not give attitude for no reason. The amount of mess ups this place has had is ridiculous, especially for the treatment and price. Hopefully this review will enable this location to start caring a bit more.
