- KMKenny MooreJul 9, 20261.0I have been shopping at this location for years. I continue to go there and pay a little bit more for groceries for the fuel discounts I get. Problem is, 9 out of 10 times the damn fuel stations are either offline, not working, and/or won't print a receipt. If someone is working there at the time, they just shrug their shoulders when you ask them. The speaker doesn't work, so communicating with them is a challenge because you have to yell through the glass and try to understand them. Can't ever get a manager on the phone. I am tired of stopping there to get gas just to have to go to another gas station. Therefore all my fuel points go to waste. Sometimes when the pump is working, you put in your phone number for your points and it freezes up and you loose all your points therefore making it pointless to pay the higher prices on groceries. I DO NOT recommend this location. Only thing good about it is the employees in the actual store for the most part, are very friendly and most of the time are always willing to help. Not sure why that changes if they are in the fuel station. Either way I am done with them. Kroger will be my new store. Hopefully there are more of you that feel this same way!! Boycott them and force them to close their doors!!!! Maybe someone will move in that is more customer oriented.
