- EMEvelyn MarinAug 30, 20261.0I have used the curbside service multiple times and never had an issue until today, but this experience was completely unacceptable. When I arrived, all designated curbside spots were blocked by empty vehicles except one, leaving no space to park properly. I parked right in front of the store, updated my arrival status in the app, and filled out the prompt stating that no curbside spots were available along with a description of my vehicle and parking location. After waiting over 30 minutes with zero staff coming out to assist, I went inside to Customer Service. I told the associate there what was going on and she directed me to walk back to the curbside staging area and let them know I was there and if there wasn’t anyone that she would call someone. After waiting there a couple minutes because a girl was helping another customer with a missing item from her order , she asked for the order name and I told her. She said the system never registered my arrival—despite the app confirming I was checked in with my order code ready. An announcement had to be made over the intercom for curbside and a guy eventually came to ask for my name for the order and while associates and apparent management talked nearby, no one ever addressed the delay. The guy eventually located my order and brought it to my car. However, upon arriving home, I discovered several grocery bags were ripped open at the bottom from careless handling. I rarely leave negative reviews, but the lack of communication, excessive wait time, system breakdown, and damaged groceries made this an extremely frustrating and unpleasant experience. Management needs to address curbside parking oversight, system check-in reliability, and proper handling of customer orders.

- SSSheritha SAug 11, 20262.0This store is NOT The same. I would shop here sometime 3-4 Times a week. Today I only stopped because Aldi didn't have a item I needed. The quality of meat isn't great. If you find a employee or Supervisor to ask a question I always get the feeling I'm bothering them. Store needs improvement overall because it's not the same as previous years.
