I had fries, so at a quick glance I noticed I didn’t have onion rings. I went back in got the onion rings. I get to my mom’s house (I’m a caregiver) and noticed my mom’s burger was wrong. I was alittle upset cause you know that’s mama. She is bed bound with all kinds of health problems. She was actually refusing to eat the incorrect burger. I’m tired as I mowed her lawn this morning so I absolutely didn’t feel like driving back to the restaurant. I called Take Out Burger to let them know about the incorrect order and inconvenience it caused. They took my name and number and said the owner would call me. I kid you not the owner called within 10 mins! I explained to her what I ordered and what I received. The owner says “I will bring you your correct order”! I’m like thats not necessary but she insisted. This restaurant is all that and then some! She hand delivered my mom’s food to her house. There aren’t any words that can really express the gratitude. My mom thanks you, and most importantly I thank you! Oh and the taste and quality of the food here never disappoints. Nikki
