  I placed a simple order: large stuffed crust cheese pizza, fries, two ranch dips and one grated cheese shaker. What I received: a good-looking pizza, HALF AN ORDER OF FRIES (pictured!), ONE ranch dip, and crushed red pepper. Either Pizza Hut ripped me off or Doordash driver ATE MY FRIES! I am babysitting and can't leave the house. This is unacceptable!

  The girl with the fake lashes nappy hair is rude she didn’t wanna take my order on drive-through. She said I have to come inside and she always does the same thing every time I come to this Pizza Hut y’all need to fire her she ain’t got no good customer service Norton good communication with the customers.

  Worst pizza I have ever ate. The price was $10, but I guess you get what you pay for. They added so much sauce I bit into the pizza and sauce splashed in my face. The dough was not cooked it was soggy and raw! Then the employed brought the pizza to the take out window, hit my pizza off the window and then had a attitude about it like I did something to her. Hispanic girl. Never ever again.

  Absolutely unacceptable. I ordered a stuffed crust pizza and was given a hand-tossed pizza instead. Nobody bothered to tell me my order had been changed. I was in a rush and trusted that Pizza Hut could get a simple order right, but apparently that was too much to ask.The most frustrating part isn’t even the wrong pizza—it’s the complete lack of communication. If you’re going to substitute someone’s order, the least you can do is let them know. Instead, I paid for what I thought I ordered and found out later that I had been given something different. This experience was disappointing, careless, and a waste of my time. I expect better from Pizza Hut and hope management reaches out to make this right.

  I’m not sure why I gave them another chance. The workers are careless. Pizza is made improperly, the crust was Extra thin. I wasn't aware there was a special until visiting the website to write this review. I ordered a medium half pepperoni and half cheese pizza. I guess I should have known something was wrong because it was so cheap. They shouldn’t assume I wanted the special especially since I didn’t ask for any additional toppings.
