  They have no way to rate less than five stars but I leave them one. First they have a young lady with fake eyelashes who looks at you with hatred and treats you as if she did not deserve to see you, second her attitude and her contempt along with the bad way of communicating is evident. The poorly cut and raw pizza, the tomato sauce has a bad taste, it's bitter, the bad taste. I don't go back to that pizzeria that had been my place for 20 years, the Duncanville community no longer does local business and we prefer to order in another location that is not superior but is a little better. Apparently the supervisor or the CEO of this company does not know anything about what happens in their stores. They have a terrible customer service and their reviews are mostly better than 3.5. This town of Duncanville deserves good shops, not garbage. Bye Puzza Hut no more business with you.

  They are dangerous drivers and don't pay attention, my car was damaged by one of their drivers and when approaching him, he completely disregarded what I was saying. I've spoken to them personally and nothing was done about it. I can see why they rate so low, they don't care.

  Emily, great customer service, helped me cancel my order I mistakenly placed at their location. Helped me resolve my problem quick and easy with no issue. Will definitely recommend this pizza hut to friends and family nearby! Thanks emily for your amazing customer service at this location!!

  Emily, gives great customer service with a smile. My husband and I have been coming here for years. No one can compare to the wonderful service that Emily offers. Kudos to Emily. She deserves a raise 🦋

  I placed a simple order: large stuffed crust cheese pizza, fries, two ranch dips and one grated cheese shaker. What I received: a good-looking pizza, HALF AN ORDER OF FRIES (pictured!), ONE ranch dip, and crushed red pepper. Either Pizza Hut ripped me off or Doordash driver ATE MY FRIES! I am babysitting and can't leave the house. This is unacceptable!
