  Them country Boys know something them ribs didn't even need no BBQ sauce and that was the best Carrot Cake I've ever ate in my life I hate I didn't have 2 slices before I left Texas 🤦🏾‍♂️

  Very exceptional place i went with my family the place was very cool , food was delicious we enjoyed our family weekend out. Manager Dorcas was very kind with her staff. I really recommend it for everyone.

  Did a take out order with Kristian. My order was a tiny bit complicated. I ordered my BBQ sandwich on TT and an original chopped. Side of potato salad and I couldn’t skip the sweet tea! He repeated my order made sure everything was correct all with a smile and friendly conversation. Just wanted give a shout out to the great customer service and food was great!

  I was ignored, standing in the line with my tray waiting to even be acknowledged. It wasn’t crowded, but not a single person behind the counter would even acknowledge my presence. I don’t like to jump to conclusions, but when I saw 2 employees jump to attention and start helping the 2 Caucasian men behind me with a smile and a sir as soon as they got to the sides station with their trays I understood. Not only is this place racist, but they all need to be retrained about how to treat people who come to their establishment to eat. Won’t be back to Pappas BBQ ever again & will be sharing my experience with everyone i know when the conversation of Texas BBQ comes up. All together the bill for the 3 of us came to prob over $100. PS. And no one buses the tables. All around me are tables with plates and trash of ppl who finished eating and left. Just disgusting. And it’s not busy. I count 9 tables and booths like this. And it’s been like this for the last 30 mins

  Every time I go to this location to order a Value Pack #1 the staff always refuses to serve it, they claim they don’t have enough food. This latest visit was on a Saturday at 7pm. How do you not have enough food to feed 4-6 people. This has happened multiple times at this location. I highly recommend going somewhere else if you’re not ordering an individual meal. The staff is also rude lazy and very unhelpful. I won’t waste my gas driving to this Duncanville location again.
