  Brought my husband for the first time for his birthday and he absolutely loved the food! Our lovely waitress Jourdyn gave us the best customer service and gave us such an overall great experience. We will most definitely be back!

  I sat at the bar my server was Ryan. My food came out. Maybe 5 minutes later RAVEN the BARTENDER walked over and ask can she help me. I said I’ve already been helped then she said did you take a picture of us with an attitude I said NO. Then she walked way. I ask for a manager cause that was VERY RUDE. I’m talking to the General Manager RAVEN the BARTENDER kept walking over where we were talking rolling her eyes at me. VERY Unprofessional.

  Arrived to them still cleaning our table stood For atleast 3-5 waiting at the table for the cleaner to finish ??? , gumbo is eeyuuuuck , basically ordering tomato soup … Mardi Gras pasta DRY . Always out of “ roasted oysters “ but have bar oysters ? Umm just roast them that would be common sense 😂😂 our server was great though.

  I haven't been to this particular Pappadeux in years and I love my host Genesis S. I loved e everything about her and love her accomplishment. Congratulations 🎊 on her achievement. Ifykyk 👩‍🎓

  I came to Pappadeaux Seafood Kitchen expecting the same good experience I usually have, but this visit was a complete letdown. I normally go to the Arlington location and decided to stop by this one since I was in the area. Big mistake. The service was well below par from start to finish. Our food took way too long, and when it finally came out, it was cold. On top of that, my order was wrong, so I ended up eating while the person I was with just sat there watching. The food itself was just okay at best, maybe a 3 out of 5, and the portion size was noticeably smaller than what I’m used to. To make matters worse, the salad didn’t come out until after the meal. That just sums up how disorganized everything felt. Really disappointed with this visit. Not what I’ve come to expect. Jessica did comp our dinner. Thank you!
