We went back to get our double cheeseburger and she gave us some cookies and fries for the inconvenience.

However, last Friday, I placed my order in Spanish, and the girls working there were laughing. I felt this was a major lack of respect. I am not the type of person who likes to cause trouble, but I did feel offended.

We pulled up and noticed the line was wrapped around the building and there were police there talking to a bunch of teenagers who were standing outside the building. We decided not to go and went somewhere else. The next evening around 10pm we tried again. I placed the order through the app. When we arrived the line was extremely long. I decided to go inside and pickup my order. OMG there was an insane amount of unruly, disrespectful teenagers inside the restaurant. The staff looked terrified. There was no adult to handle the situation. There was total chaos in there. I felt unsafe patiently waiting there for my food. Thankfully it didn't take too long for me to get my food. I felt that this was unacceptable behavior and atmosphere someone should've taken control of the situation. My family and I will never visit this location again.
