  My last visit was horrible, i had rude service, repeatedly asked "is that it" while clearly ordering more food. It was cold and disappointing to eat. The management needs to train their employees better and they need to put out a better product.

  So I came through this morning when I got my hash brown I had no monopoly piece on it. I wasn’t offered any condiments.

  ⭐☆☆☆☆ Very disappointing. The McCrispy Spicy Deluxe was completely burnt, had barely any sauce, and was poorly assembled with just three tomato slices and some lettuce. The fries were not crispy or properly cooked. Terrible food quality overall.

  I think it’s pure insanity to want to charge extra money for a lemonade. How greedy can someone be. This particular McDonald location loves to find ways to get their customers to pay extra and hopes no one says anything.

  I called to let them know that I was missing part of my order, the MOD told me to call Doordash, however Doordash forward me back to the restaurant. I tried to explain to the MOD and she hung up on me 3 times and left me on hold 9 minutes. I get that things happen but the unprofessionalism is where I drew the line. This was for a senior citizen to have with their breakfast. The MOD told me there is nothing I can do, even if that was true it was the MOD interaction. I hope and pray that this is resolved and that MOD get the coaching she deserves, and I mean that not to get on to her but to teach her how to conduct herself while delivering world class customer service.
