  Let me tell you..I just moved to the area and the customer care here us Top Notch. The manager Betty is amazing. She is very polite and so sweet, with a smile on her face. Thank you for taking care of me and my little son. Keep being great. Will come back again. And angel is nice too. There is a playback for kids.

  i was ordering 6, 5$ dollar meals ,5 spicy 1 regular meals with 2 powerades and 4 cokes they gave me only 4 spicy meal and 7 drinks please hear right 😥we kept repeating the whole order

  genuinely one of the worst mcdonald’s, workers ignored me and my girlfriend, kiosks werent printing paper, we had to go to the front but the registers were closed, the atmosphere is overwhelming, it was hot inside too.

  Husband and I dined in at this location and managers huddled 3 tables down Jeff, Jose, 2 older women in McDonald uniforms -conducting their meeting and discussing issues(teenagers) with one of their 3 locations...they wanted to hire off duty police officers from 9-1130 due to teenagers hanging around, no adult supervision with them and some order food but not all and its a problem. Busier days being Friday and Saturday. Other customers have complained about not feeling safe. Jeff had to ask the others if the teenagers were black, then yes, they had his full support in obtaining security. They continue talking about how Yolanda and Rosie and other female managers needed to step up and have a handle on this situation. First off, are you paying these managers enough money to also be security? Jeff- why did you just have to ask if the teenagers in question were black? You also mentioned you would be performing a sermon this Sunday re: Psalm 25 in a church in red oak when you would rather be in Las Vegas "sin city". Jeff gets up to throw something away and notices that Rosie was texting on her phone and seemed like she was chewing something and turning to ask the other in your click if that was acceptable or not and lady with long hair said "get her!!!" Jeff proceeded to have a discussion with the Rosie and nearby crew during busy lunch time traffic. Then Jeff comes and sits by us with folders and stamp in hand to stamp pay checks. We were not far enough away to not see a few $$ amounts - you should work on better pay. We will not be coming to this facility again. There was much discussion that was better kept behind doors unless you all thought it appropriate because patrons inside were either Hispanic or Black and perhaps we do not understand our surroundings. We know more than we let on.
