I never had an issue at the Waxahachie location but this one is terrible. I have given them multiple chances and they have failed me everytime.

I even downloaded the app so I could earn rewards and place mobile orders. It was incredibly convenient since I live just down the street and it’s on my way to work. Unfortunately, everything went downhill. The It seems like they’re constantly out of products. My go-to order was the Dunkin’ Energy Punch, but they rarely had the Rockstar energy drink in stock. If I tried to order an espresso in my coffee, the espresso machine was “broken.” If I switched to a latte, they were out of oat milk. The final straw was when I placed a mobile order for a Dunkin’ Zero. At the drive-thru, the employee initially tried to charge me for someone else’s order. When I told her it was a mobile order, she went to check it. While she was inside, I clearly heard another employee say, “If it’s for Amanda, we don’t have sparkling water.” The employee came back and handed me my drink without mentioning that my order had been changed. She never told me they were out of sparkling water, never asked if I wanted a substitute, and never offered a refund. She simply decided for me. I’ve continued giving this location the benefit of the doubt, but every visit seems to be another disappointment. Whether it’s missing ingredients, broken equipment, or being out of basic menu items, they almost never have what I order. It’s frustrating because this used to be such a reliable location, but the consistency and customer service have declined significantly. I’m done giving this location chances.

I went back around so I could get some more since it was all stuck on one side. I did ask to buy more. The guy working the food area came back and told me there was enough for both sides, he just smeared it all on one side. Never did I complain that there was not enough I just asked to purchase more. The guy took the bag, took them in the back and scraped some off the one side and divided it to the two sides . I thought at first that it was nice of him to add more without charging me until I got it home and saw what he had done. I had not complained about the amount of cheese, I asked to buy more. What the heck!!?? After tasting, the bagels had a slight taste of old bacon grease. Were they toasted on the flat top?
