  Went on 5/16/26 and got a chocolate brownie blizzard. I waited 30 minutes and had ordered a medium. The lady came out to my table with an overflowing small cup with dripping ice cream. I later asked why it was made with vanilla ice cream because the chocolate brownie blizzard is made with chocolate ice cream. I was told they were out or didn’t carry chocolate ice cream… I asked why it was a drippy mess in a small cup and apparently they were out of medium cups. Absolutely a disorganized mess. If you don’t carry chocolate ice cream- why list menu items with it? Or why not tell customer upfront you can’t make it instead of making something that isn’t as good. I regret going, and now know to stick to the Mesquite TX locations which are reliably good.

  Just wanted to say dairy Queen corporate office should send some secret shoppers here I just left this location 10 minutes ago I have never experienced this horrible level of customer service in my life the young black girl with the weave ponytail slammed the window in my face and made someone else give me my ice cream I'm so in shock but I try not to go to this location because they are rude and also out of stock of stuff this location really needs to have staff retrained the rudeness is out of control

  This the worst dq I have ever been to. The food is cold when they give it to you. They don't care about time or quality of the service they give. Disgusting food. Please do not go here, trust me. I believe they get a thrill out of giving customers disgusting food.

  My husband and I made it to Dairy Queen on 4/10/2026 at approximately 7:12 pm late Friday evening! We went through the drive through after ordering we got to the window and was told to pull around in the front to wait for our order which was a steak finger basket! While waiting we watched employees in & out of a car parked on the side rear of the building smoking marijuana going from the car to the building! We waited until 7:45 and the food was never delivered my husband had to go inside and the food was just sitting on the counter while we sit outside and waited on it! There were only two employees in the building working a young African American and a young latino; they were both females! Meanwhile the three young African American males that were in the car chilling smoking weed at the back of the Dairy Queen! When my husband was finally given his steak finger basket it was ranch in the box instead of the gravy that comes with it! He asked for it to be corrected he was told by one of the male employees that he would have to wait for him to cook some! My husband demanded a refund and was told that the manager was on the phone with him and he could not be refunded! We will be notifying Corporate on Monday and will be reporting back he drug activity to the Duncanville police department!
