  I ordered super nachos the night before last night at the drive-thru and when I got home more than half the chips were stale & the food was even warm. I called the yesterday to resolve the issue but I was told that the manager was not there and that they did not know when the manager would be in. I stopped by the store today because I knew I wasn’t going to get any help via phone. I asked the girl at the counter if my order could be remade, she goes and asks someone in the back and comes back with a “no”. I asked for the manager again and was told that the manager was not there. I’m communicating with whoever is in the back (the girl at the counter keeps passing messages) and finally the lady comes from the back. She does not speak or understand English so the girl is still translating. The lady’s attitude and service were very nasty. She kept refusing to remake my order, said that I will have to wait until Monday (today is Thursday) to speak with the manager, and refused to call the manager. She finally calls the manager (who is her son) and lets me speak with him. He (Ivan) was very respectful, apologized and said “I’m gonna tell my mom to remake it”. She remade the order with some different kind of meat, it definitely wasn’t the steak I had the other night. Her attitude was so nasty that I threw it away because I fear that she may have done something to it. She definitely does not need to be left in charge or dealing with customers.

  I have been coming here for 16 years and I just can't see myself continuing to be a customer. Cesar's has always had the occasional powdery, unmixed horchata, and maybe you get your sauces with your order and maybe you don't. But the food was good. Tonight I ate the most pathetic looking torta I've ever been served from here. Bread was smooshed and black on the outside, wet on the inside. A tiny handful of pastor, a smear of beans, a tiny bit of lettuce and half a slice of tomato was all that was inside. Sprinkled with a tiny bit of cheese. Oh and my horchata was about 1/2 inch of drink mix on the bottom. How hard is it to mix the damn drinks?

  La gerente no sabe ablar esta medio atrasada y muy ruda. La verdad demaciado corriente la señora. La comida muy mal y muy mal calidad. La manager o gerente deberia trabajar en otro lugar mejor pareces que no quiere trabajar. Comida demasiado grasosa y no tiene sabor .

  I just ordered a large menudo to go For 14$ and some change and it has no flavor whatsoever basically it's a tub of tripe in water.I don't know what happened cause I have been here on numerous occasions and have had no complaints.Perhaps its the staff on duty but whatever the reason this meal is trash so don't go there and order menudo on this date trust me it will be a disappointment

  We waited for over 20 minutes and the food was not done right and it was cold we asked for a refund and was given the run around. We have not received a refund or our food. I don’t recommend this place at all. The lady taken the order didn’t understand how to put in the order that was on the menu and when there was a issue with our food being wrong and cold we NEVER RECEIVED OUR MINEY BACK and she was rude. I bought a bottle of water and never received the water. I don’t recommend this place AT ALL!!
