  This Pizza Hut in Dumas has not being good in many years. I hope a new owner or management takes over.

  Not want to complain But the staff at this location is not Getting it. If you go here, just plan on it take him a lot longer than usual Maybe the staff needs more support Everybody’s getting the wrong orders and waiting in line forever If you decide to walk into the store instead of the drive-through, good luck The door has a bell on it, but it might as well not be there because it’s a huge accomplishment just to get acknowledged I’m driving home with my wrong order now, but I’m gonna take what i got Was lucky to get that I reckon

  Ordered via Door Dash because we were staying at Hampton inn and the service was impressive. That's the fastest order I've ever gotten and the food was still hot when it arrived. Thanks Pizza Hut for getting our order correct and out the door so speedy! After driving cross country for 12 hours it was refreshing to have a meal that was made correctly!

  This will be the first and, most likely, ONLY negative review I will ever write. I believe that if an issue arises with a business, you give the business a chance to make it right first before you blast it on the internet. However, to date, I can't think of a really good experience we have ever had with this restaurant. Multiple times in the past, there have been missing items and delivery times in excess of 90 minutes, and with a large family, orders tend to be pricy. Tonight, we had five missing items. I've called multiple times to resolve the issue and they won't even answer the phone. Just the occasional click when they put you back on hold. Waiting for them to answer a call for almost 30 minutes in total. So, they get to keep the money they stole. And we will never order from them again. Be aware that ordering from this Pizza Hut is a gamble. I hope you have a good experience, but I can't say your chances are very high.
