  This will be the first and, most likely, ONLY negative review I will ever write. I believe that if an issue arises with a business, you give the business a chance to make it right first before you blast it on the internet. However, to date, I can't think of a really good experience we have ever had with this restaurant. Multiple times in the past, there have been missing items and delivery times in excess of 90 minutes, and with a large family, orders tend to be pricy. Tonight, we had five missing items. I've called multiple times to resolve the issue and they won't even answer the phone. Just the occasional click when they put you back on hold. Waiting for them to answer a call for almost 30 minutes in total. So, they get to keep the money they stole. And we will never order from them again. Be aware that ordering from this Pizza Hut is a gamble. I hope you have a good experience, but I can't say your chances are very high.

  I ordered online for delivery. They were 15 minutes longer than when they said they would deliver it. I ordered 2 extra sauces of the garlic dip and they sent ranch dip. I ordered triple pepperoni, and I'm got maybe a double pepperoni. Perhaps I don't know it's hard to tell, but I know the last time I ordered triple from another store. The whole pizza pie was nearly covered. I ordered extra sauce. There's not even any sauce under the cheese In the middle of the pizza, it's all around the edge. definitely not extra? Very disappointed. It was cold when it got here and sent the wrong dipping sauce!! And then when I made my order for the pizza, I tried to finalize it.And it said, oh, you didn't order enough food.You gotta order at least $15 dollars worth of stuff to get it delivered? I just wanted a pizza but I didn't want to have to get out again.So I ended up ordering a seven dollar dessert that I really didn't want? I think they're just trying to make people order more stuff to get it delivered. Which is ridiculous, because you tip the delivery driver ( which was doordash, not even a pizza hut employee)has nothing to do. With how much food you order?? tried to call, i've been on hold for twenty minutes. I've called five times And nobody answers the phone??, very, very disappointed. We'll never use this pizza hut again!!

  On November 16th I placed on order for delivery, after it had been 2 hours I went up myself to get it because they wouldn’t answer the phones. I got there and they said they weren’t answering phones because they were too busy, they were rude, my order was ready I paid for it and left, when I got home I realized it was wrong. The next day I called and after speaking with the manager I got, who was sarcastic and rude, I got a store credit. I tried to use the store credit last night when I went to pick up my pizza and they said I didn’t have one because they never put it under my number I should’ve gotten one.
