  It took them 15 minutes to fill a cup with a soda for a door dash order. I watched the dude play on the computer screen and then his phone before talking to me.

  I ordered two crunchy tacos and a bean burrito. I worked for Taco Bell in my younger days and know how much a taco is suppose to weigh. My tacos were half the weight of what they should be. My bean burrito was more like bean soup, the beans were running out of the burrito.

  Bad communication. And chalupa buns are stale most the time. Today I asked if the new special came with 2 items or one. I was told 2 probably 3 times. Then when I get the bag there is only 1 chicken wrap quesadilla in there. Lady says, “ well it’s one cut in half… so there is 2.” I had to explain that is in fact only one wrap cut in half. Not 2. Not worth the $10 for the single item. Going somewhere else from now on. Bad experience 2 of the 3 last times I went.
