    A great stop off the road. Good food, good service. It's worth the trip out to the country. There's lots of random things to do on the way here.

    I have been coming to Route 12 since it opened. The food is fresh and taste great. The drinks are good. The splash pad when my kids were little was perfection. Great place to eat and keep the littles happy in the Texas heat!

    Didn't end up stopping, but they have a good collection of drinks and food for a rest along the way. I cant comment on the food but the smell and atmosphere was pretty good!

    Route 12 Filling Station is a fantastic spot. The food is great, the atmosphere is welcoming, and the staff is absolutely amazing. Every visit has been a positive experience, and it's clear they take pride in what they do. The only downside is the fly situation. Both inside and outside, the flies can be pretty overwhelming and take away from an otherwise excellent dining experience. I'm still giving 5 stars because the food, service, and overall experience deserve it, but I hope ownership will invest in some fly traps or another effective solution to address the problem.
