Upon checking out, the employee was rude, repeatedly talked over me unwilling to hear the pertinent information I attempted to give her about my checkout. Her behavior repeatedly interfered with the check out process. The store manager was dismissive, aggressive, and interrogative when reporting the behavior of the employee. Furthermore, both incident mischaracterized my disability and attempted to make me out to be the problem when I wad simply attempting to provide the cashier w/ necessary information. I'm appalled and encourage corporate to review this store manager for the way he treats people with disabilities, treats Women, and treats paying customers spending thousands of dollars there a year. I will no longer be an HEB customer. Sprouts will now be my stable grocer.
