Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.
Not a fan of this burger but my boyfriend likes it, so far 1 time he only missed his fries on his order, other than givin him a wrong name all the time, his orders have been great.

The lady at the window today that charged me she had a braid was very rude rushing me at the speaker for my order and got my order completely wrong. Asked for plain and dry only cheese for my patty melt and it had all the sauces and onions. She obviously wasn’t paying attention! Have a better person charging and passing the drinks. And double check your food items before releasing to customers .

I’ve always liked Whataburger, which is why this is disappointing. Lately the service feels like it’s slipping. I was asked if I wanted ketchup, said yes, and still got none in the bag. Small details matter, especially when they used to at least include one packet automatically.
It may seem minor, but consistency is part of what built the brand in the first place. When a company grows and loses focus on the basics, customers notice. I hope management pays attention and gets back to the standards that made people loyal to begin with.
