  Went in to use my Arby's app. Buy one get one sandwich. Was told they don't take the Arby's app? What, isn't this an Arby's? No, we're part of Love's. I've traveled the US and can't believe this is true with all Love's?

  Chicken strips were over cooked, hard and dry. Fries were under cooked. They gave me three combos all in one plate and I had ask for two more since we were dining in. Floor and tables were dirty and they had no customers ordering at the time. Employess were just standing around.
