  Worst customer service I have ever experienced from a Sonic employee in all of my life . I mean pure hatred and disgust behind a simple request for a condiment. I have reached out to leadership multiple times with no response. Now heading to the BBB.

  Ordered the chili cheese coney and onion rings, there was only a smidge of chili and no cheese and the onion rings tasted like old grease or something. Will not be going back!

  My husband brought us home two cookie dough blasts. They both tasted strongly of alcohol or chemicals like bleach.

  Ordered the chocolate chunk brownie blast small . I got a cup of vanilla ice cream with brownie shaving on top . Usually it's a lot mixed all the way through.. when confronted was told they put some in and mixed, which I showed him that all i had was all vanilla ice-cream and he said wow thats weird

  Normally, I like to start a review by pointing out something positive. Unfortunately, with this visit, I really don’t have much to start with. At the drive-thru, they apparently didn’t hear my entire order, so one of my drinks was missing and I had to pay separately for another one. Thankfully, I tasted one of the drinks before pulling away because the Ocean Water was completely flat. I had ordered three Ocean Waters, so all three had to be remade. Flat soda happens, and honestly, that part wasn’t a huge deal. What bothered me was the attitude when I brought it to their attention. They seemed put out that they had to remake the drinks, and not once did anyone apologize for the inconvenience. When I finally received the three replacement drinks, they still weren’t very cold. Maybe there wasn’t enough ice or something else was off, but Sonic drinks are usually ice-cold and refreshing. Mistakes happen. Missing an item or having to remake a drink isn’t the end of the world. The lack of basic customer service and feeling like I was inconveniencing them simply by asking them to correct the order is what made this a two-star experience.
