  EXTREMELY disappointed with the customer service at Domino's. From the start of the call to place an order I was met with the 'manager' who had nothing but sass and attitude. I was constantly interrupted and was not even able to fully place my order without her cutting me off and trying to correct what I was ordering. When I tried to order a pizza a certain way her response was : we can try but we're busy tonight so I can't make any promises. I came in ready to pay for my order with a $100 bill, and instead of trying to help resolve the issue professionally, I was told I either had to pay immediately another way or cancel the order entirely. The 'manager' came up, we asked politely asked if I could quickly go get change, they refused and acted like I was inconveniencing them saying the order would be canceled if we left. The 'manager' was unhelpful and made absolutely no effort to accommodate the situation or provide any kind of customer service. The staff also seemed more focused on attitude and drama than actually helping customers. Overall, the experience felt VERY UNPROFESSIONAL and they do not care about good service. I understand businesses can have 'policies' placed by their 'manager' who just graduated high school and has her big girl pants on because it's her first real job, but for the rest of us who work in the real world giving good customer service at their jobs.... I have to say the way this was handled was rude, dismissive, and completely unnecessary. Definitely not the kind of place I’d recommend based on how customers are treated.

  Worst service I’ve ever gotten these entitled kids with an old woman as manager rude as all get out When I walked in this guy that had long hair and called himself girl was picking her nose while she/he was flipping pizza dough I ordered four large pizzas and they wouldn’t give them to me. The order was over $50 but they wouldn’t take $100 bill which would’ve paid for my whole order so even though it would’ve paid for my whole order, they wanted me to leave and go get cash and bring it back to them . Then wanted to be rude because they get free pizza the night if somebody doesn’t pick it up it’s just a horrible place to go and everybody I know we’ll never go there again

  The lady on the phone extremely rude, delivery people nice, but the one lady ruins it all. I will never order from this place again until something changes.

  Over an hour late, drove up to our location twice and turned around. Then marked it complete and drove away…never received the order.

  Order 2 pizzas for delivery at 4:36....as im doing this review it is currently 6:26 and still no pizza. The app said it was "out for delivery" at around 5:30 and I am still pizzaless....Best bet is to try any other pizza place around if you wanna eat at a decent time
