    Our last visit to this location was super awkward. I ordered a chicken strip meal with like 8 sauce packets, normally this is never an issue. I have a medical condition that causes difficulty with swallowing and food often getting stuck, I am currently working with my Dr to find out what is going on. The guy working taking orders made me feel very weird about ordering the sauces with it. At first he told me that he could not realistically give me that many with my meal. Then asked why I need that many anyways. I told him I didn't mind paying for the sauces that exceeded the alloted amount they could give. He said they were free but he could not give me any more than 4. I told him of the medical issues I had and he said "oh, ok. I'll put them in I guess." I don't really feel like it was appropriate for me to have to disclose issues I am having to justify needing a few extra sauces. It made me feel very awkward having to ask and I don't think I will be returning to this location ever now due to not wanting to have to continuously explain medical issues I am having.

    Corporate really needs to send a rescue team to this location!! The service needs A LOT of work!! Adding another bad experience to my previous one. If this was not on our way to and from everywhere I would stop coming entirely. This time I decided to try curbside pickup. After 20 minutes and multiple cars parking and leaving curbside I called to check on our order. The local location did not answer so I called the catering extension. A very friendly woman, Shiela, answered and let me know that she is not on-site at the location but took my name and called the manager on duty for me. She called back to let me know they would bring me hot food out and sorry about the inconvenience. She said there was a glitch in their system. Things happen, sure, but if you know your system is not registering the curbside numbers then you need a plan for that - staff to monitor or close curbside pickups for a time, etc. and it doesn’t explain how so many other cars received their order and we did not. When I finally received my food after waiting over 30 minutes total it was COLD. I didn’t have time to wait for them to make a new order since I needed to pickup my kids. Some of my kids were also in the car with me so I could not just run in and leave them in the car which is why I did curbside in the first place. —— We love CFA, but this location could really use some help with efficiency. We frequent several CFAs in the area and this is the only one where we consistently have delays or missing items.

    Honestly so annoyed part of my order was missing I go around to the door at 10:01 and I’m ignored I try to go back in line 10:03 they closed it multiple employees walked by and ignored me I call 10:05 to try to get the rest of my order I’m ignored so out my money and a girl is pmsing and just wanted a sweet treat but was ignored by multiple employees
