You couldn’t pay me to eat here again. My mom & I received food poisoning from their chicken sandwiches. Called the store to let them know, the worker immediately stopped conversation and told me to call the office in Longview. Called the office and she basically accused me of lying and told me “hmm no one else has called that in” so she took my name/number and told me she’d have “investigate” before refunding me. (I ordered $45 worth of food) never received a call back but I wasn’t expecting to. I wasn’t even going to make a review but after the way they treated me they deserved one.

Tammy is full of excuses, the little petite black girl (Talia) is disrespectful. This whole place needs to be shut down or revamped with all new employees and management! Crazy how I am making a polite complaint and she closed the drive thru window in my face. Definitely will be contacting upper management because this review is only to notify the public. Something needs to be done about them.

Don't bother ordering on the app; it won't be ready when you get there. Even if you get there after the specified pick up time, it still won't be ready. Also, check your order before you leave because it's not always correct. I don't think the employees really know what they are doing. We have been disappointed by this place multiple times. I think we have given them enough chances. I'm done.

we have given this location multiple chances across the years, and unfortunately every time is a let down. we are always left waiting for over 30 minutes, even when we have been the only customers in the establishment. this happens inside as well as drive thru. the employees always act as if they are unsure what is happening, especially with mobile orders. it is always a confusing experience, and the food is only correct half of the time. we could have gone to the store in gilmer, had our food, and been back in the amount of time we have waited. it is not worth the stress to visit this location, they need help!
