  Food was good and most of the service workers were nice and friendly. The person taking my order was not friendly, did the bare minimum. I asked for sauces and they said ok. Well, if course I didn't get any at all.

  I’ll start with the good: Highlight of today was NADY. He was so helpful from finding our group of 5 a place to sit, to getting sauces and our food and even cleaning our trash after. This guy was top notch. The bad or not so delightful: Location does not serve Mac & Cheese, not a deal breaker just disappointing. The weird was that it appears that the employees took over one of the only 6 top tables as their break area. If it weren’t for Nady putting a table together for us, we would have had to split our group up since one employee had taken that area over.

  Five stars for Chick-fil-A—because somehow, in the middle of airport madness, they’ve cracked the code. I went two days in a row (no shame). Both times the line looked like it was wrapping up for a concert, and both times I mentally prepared for a long wait… only to be holding my food about five minutes later. It’s like a well-oiled chicken machine. Day one: chicken minis. Day two: spicy chicken biscuit. Both delivered exactly what you want from Chick-fil-A—no surprises, no risks, just consistently top-notch food when you need it most. Honestly, in an airport where time loses all meaning and people forget how to walk in straight lines, this place runs with shocking efficiency. If every terminal operated like this, flying might actually be enjoyable.

  I have traveled a lot for work and today I experienced one of the better interactions I’ve ever had at an airport fast food restaurant. The entire staff was so friendly and anticipated my need before I even asked. I had a coke that was starting to overflow when I put the straw in. Normally, I’d just get a napkin and clean the lid, but the team noticed. They asked me if they could help and took my drink, replaced the lid for me and made sure it was good to carry in the airport. As I was waiting for my food, the person who was cleaning the tables noticed I was waiting and looking at potential seats to sit. He told me to have a seat and he would help. He took my receipt to check on my food and then brought it over to me. In both encounters, I never expressed any interest in help or frustration. I feel the staff just took that extra step to make sure that my experience was great. It’s one thing to be nice and friendly (which they also were)... it’s taking it up a level to see potential issues and turning them into “wow service.”

  I have never in my life been to a fast food restaurant in which someone working the dining room was so extremely attentive as when I was there this past Saturday. It was so impressive and shocking! A gentleman saw me get my food and start walking toward a table, so he pulled the table out for me and pushed it back in for me, brought me some napkins, checked on me while I was eating, and even took my trash away. Best Chick-fil-A dining experience I’ve ever had! I even talked to the lady sitting next to me about it. We were both thoroughly impressed. Thank you for the wonderful experience! Please keep up the great work.❤️
