- IPInspiring Young Parentstoday1.0I ordered a breakfast meal that is suppose to come with a coffee… The Cashier informed me that they do not have coffee today, but I could get an orange juice or a milkshake instead. I told her I would like the milkshake… to my surprise… there was an upgrade charge of $2.56 for the milkshake… It was not a substitution of good gesture for them being out of coffee. I then informed her to delete the milkshake and let me speak to the Manager, because I didn’t feel I should be charged for the upgrade, being they did not have what usually comes with the meal I purchased. At that time Assistant General Manager Vilitra came to inform me that there would be a charge because “I HAVE A CHOICE”.. and I don’t have to get it at all… as I explained to her… coffee is suppose to be a part of my meal that I purchased!!! I feel this was not good customer service, and there are probably many people assuming they are substituting the orange juice or milkshake in place of the coffee and being charged for it … but then when they leave and get on their flights… they notice the charge on their receipt!!! NOT GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ALL!!!

They called my name when my milk shake was ready and the other cashier grabbed it at the same time and instead of asking me my name when I said they just called my name my name is Belinda, she said to another worker, whose shake is this? Belinda was typed on the shake!!! Horrible experience!

Also, no “Thank you” or “my pleasure”. It was not that big of a deal but her attitude was a big departure from every other CFA employee I’ve encountered. Her attitude was “I don’t want to be here and y’all are just a pain in my rear”. Not anywhere near CFA standards of excellence that we’ve all come to know.
