- LLlizMay 13, 20263.0I’m a little disappointed that the dfw location doesn’t use the app, and I could not redeem my points; and as for service the young man that took my order was very nice, however I witnessed the lady next to him taking a order and she was not very kind and when giving change she threw it on the floor.

It was not super busy, but they just weren’t moving folks through with the that customary exemplary CFA service. After waiting nearly 15 minutes for our order, we had to abandon it and go catch our flight. I’ll be seeking a refund.

Upon informing an associate about the delay in receiving my order, he responded by simply handing it to me without acknowledging the issue. This incident highlights the subpar customer service provided at this establishment.

Not sure if Nady’s full time job is cleaning tables for customers but I’ve never met anyone so kind and hospitable. When I sat down the table appeared clean but he insisted on wiping the table for me before I ate. Then as I was eating, he also came by to bring me extra napkins. He was a legit server in action. He noticed I was done cleaning and asked to take my trash and offered to get me a refill. NADY FOR EMPLOYEE OF THE YEAR! This man was so kind it was astonishing. Mind you, employees are meant to be kind and respectful but he takes the cake!

She snapped at me several times to regarding my order and them not having the product I requested. Then the assistant manager claimed they had no napkins but we could clearly see them on the counter and he had an attitude when we asked him to get them. All around rude and unpleasant experience and staff. They were out of items I wanted as well. Do not recommend.
