    Just know I will never eat at this Wingstop or any other one again. I took a chance and should’ve just got something else from another restaurant.

    I placed an evening online order and was highly disappointed. I received my food with a missing item which is ok. When I went in to get the fries they were placed in my bag and I left. When I checked them they were extremely overcooked as if I was given something that was meant to be tossed in the trash but was just sitting on a counter.

    Ordered 10 wings on yesterday, they were 75% cooked! Once I finished cooking them in MY airfryer, they were delicious.

    Today I placed an online order for pick-up and when I arrived there were two gentlemen ahead of me waiting. When I walked in there was no greeting and we were all just standing there waiting. The young lady "checking" some orders in the back finally said "If you are here for DoorDash sign the paper." Then after a couple more minutes she came to the front and started waiting on customers. When it was my turn, I told her my name and that I was there to pick up an online order. She proceeded to roll her eyes at me and hand me my order like I was inconveniencing her. I took my order and I am so happy that I checked it before I pulled out of the parking lot because my ranch dressing was missing. I walked back in and the young lady just looked at me. I told her my ranch was missing and she handed it to me with the same attitude she had when she gave me my food. No apology for not doing her job right and no customer service at all. This is usually the Wingstop I go to, I have not been here in over 6 months, but if the customer service is at this level I will not be returning. The only bright spot of the visit was the young lady that was actually preparing the food. You could tell she took pride in her job because she was making sure the fries and wings were cooked right. I wish her co-worker had the same professionalism.

    To the Corporate Offices of Wingstop, A Senior representative should be dispatched to this particular establishment without delay. I observed an employee, identifiable as a Hispanic young woman with red hair and a cheek piercing, who was seen excessively seasoning the fries. This observation may account for the consistently high sodium content in our fry orders. My primary concern, however, pertains to the professional atmosphere of the restaurant. This same employee was operating a JBL Bluetooth speaker via a personal cell phone placed on the counter. The music being played was entirely inappropriate for a dining environment, featuring explicit lyrical content. This individual appeared to be acting as a DJ, despite satellite music also being audible. The volume of the music was such that customer order announcements were rendered inaudible. Upon inquiring about the manager, a cashier, identifiable as a Black young woman with long braids and a nose piercing, informed me that she and another Hispanic individual in the back was in charge. Given these circumstances, I will no longer be frequenting this location. The experience was profoundly unsatisfactory.
