  Be careful this store will rip you off!!! It was my birthday so I decided to order some prime ribeyes, I ordered 4 prime ribeyes for curb side pick up which cost $119. I picked up the order, I got 3 choice ribeyes that were about $60 that honestly were not very good. I figured that the cost would be adjusted, it was not. Thus, I reached out on the app for a refund, it was denied. I called customer service; they said that they processed a refund and it will show in my account in 10 days. After more than 10 days it never showed, I called customer service back and they told me to call the store. I called the store twice and spoke with a manager, they said that they can do nothing I had to speak the store director. The manager took down my number and said that the store director would reach out to me. That never happened; I called back and repeated the process and got the same result.

  Absolutely no meat on the shelves… they had meat at the butcher area. But, I had to wait while the one person working the counter finished a personal phone call to get one item. Then the produce section had old items. And then, there was only one register open. This is unacceptable. I would frequent Tom Thumb as my preferred grocery store when I lived in other parts of the metroplex and never had these issues. The only difference is the predominant race of this area. Do better Tom Thumb.

  “TOM THUMB CS I can’t respond how instructed on my last review as it will not submit. Also, I tried to send my information via the feedback section, I got an email that the mailbox is full, response didn’t go through. Please let me know how to give you my information as I already gave store managers my information twice, but never was contacted as promised… Be careful this store will rip you off!!!   They seriously need to train the deli associates on basic customer service. The attitude is unacceptable.. they’re rude, they ignore you like you’re not even there, and make you feel like you’re bothering them just by asking for help. It shouldn’t feel like a hassle to be a paying customer.

  Ive been buying my birthday tres leches cakes from Tom Thumb Desoto for last 5 years.. this is the first bad experience ive had for my son's 20th birthday. We made the best of it. FYI you can always tell when a company lost a good employee, whoever that was you should bring them back with a generous raise. I provided photos of what bad presentation and how the little details to the cake can come out bad.. we celebrated the best that we could. HAPPY BIRTHDAY TO MY SON !!
