  Might be the worst experience I’ve ever had at a fast food place, not even expecting much but the bare minimum. We went through the drive thru and noticed the lady in front of us had to ask for food that the workers forgot to give her. We then noticed that our food was missing an order and were literally lied to our faces about our drinks being what we ordered when they weren’t. But were too far ahead to go back to the window and parked in the parking lot to get our food. We had to wait maybe 15 minutes before getting any response or even noticed (the place was empty). Even the nice guy in front of us was given rude attitude by the worker and after we finally got someone to talk to we were told to grab our food from our car and had to wait another 10 minutes to then just be considered liars and talked down to. It’s not hard to not be rude.

  Terrible experience. They forgot multiple items from my order and when I went in the Hispanic lady called me a liar telling me to show her my bag. She dug through my bag trying to say I was a liar when I calmly explained I just didn't receive it. Other employees were also rude to other customers not giving them refunds for items they purchased that weren't available anymore. Terrible place terrible experience.

  The Desoto-Beltline location sold me old taco shells. The shell smelled outdated and the manager on 05022026 refused to alleviate the problem. I will be filling a complaint.

  Sat down at 6 different dirty tables. Restroom was occupied by an employee for about 15 mins changing. Typical Desoto activities. No service and poor attitudes. Go to the one off i35 or Cedar Hill. Or something else totally different.
