    First off , this location doesn't even have a phone number that you can call to see if they have any of the ingredients since they're always missing something. This location is the worst in desoto!!! They never have everything that you need to get a proper sandwich!!!!

    Honestly, speaking, I’ve been a little leery of this location because every time I come in here there’s someone else working. I never see the same employees twice. Well today, the conditions were completely unsanitary, and when I asked the employee to change her gloves after continuously touching the wet receipt, she refused. First and foremost, let me start off by saying I’m not sure what kind of weird dynamic this place has where it seems like one employee wants to keep running back-and-forth between making sandwiches and ringing people up when there’s someone else working. There was even one guy who must not have been on the clock, but it seems like he worked there as well. I ordered my food online and then the ceiling starts to leak from the air conditioner. At first, it was just a little, and then it was steady several streams. Water is getting all over the place and it has completely drenched my receipt. I’m standing here trying to tell the lady how to make the order without touching the receipt and she keeps picking it back up. I asked her to change her gloves and she claimed she had changed them three times already. I did not see her change them but maybe once. Regardless I’m not going back-and-forth with you about changing your gloves where you’re gonna be making a cold cut sandwich for me, knowing that germs and bacteria are coming from that water leaking in your ceiling. It was gross and I immediately called their compliance line in the parking lot.

    My experience with this location has become rude and not properly sanitized. I watched a fly crawl all over my sandwich and when I told one of the workers just standing there. He grabbed the bread and put it back in the bread holder with the rest of the bread.This guy is always mad and has an attitude. After that i left the store..This happened 5/12/26. Also on May 7th they were out of tomatoes again out on the 12th. Same guy working had nasty attitude when asked about tomatoes. This is not good customer service and I feel that Management needs to address these issues with the staff.

    Lady was very Rude and was just throwing my sandwich around the online app sent my sandwich to the wrong store I was picking it up on my way to work and she was very Rude they guy she was working with tried but my sandwich was still wrong I will never go there again

    Placed an online order. Came to pick up my order and after showing the subway I had proof of purchase with receipts and Apple Pay transactions that I let them examine from my phone, I did not have the time to sit there and wait for them to decide if they wanted to make the damn sandwich. The employee called his manager for instruction on what to do… I heard the manager in the background in Spanish speaking to the young man there. The young man let the manger know I had PROOF OF PURCHASE of the sandwich FROM THE CORRECT ESTABLISHMENT. Now as the employee proceeded to speak to the manager to ask for direction I grew impatient. There conversation that they THOUGHT I could not understand went on for 2 mins. As the manager started dot the I’s and cross the T’s as the young employee did I grew impatient. I directly asked the employee CUTTING OFF the managers conversation to tell the employee to ask him will he make my sandwich right now for connivence of the customer. I did not want to wait any longer. She said no I left and disputed it.
