  It's an Absolute NO for me, I place this order & before arriving i called to jazz them know i was running behind I've i arrived, no greeting whatsoever....i did however speak to both young ladies & told them i was there to pickup an order , (crickets) 👀 One of the ladies didn't speak but she just smiled , the other one just looked came from the back and didn't speak either, she didn't acknowledge my order , I asked if i had ketchup 2x because I didn't think she answered me the 1st time. She went to the register rung me up and thats read that no thank you, have a good day nothing...... just silence of the lamb. I got home looked at my order completely put everything on there i didn't want..... and literally a tablespoon ouch jackfruit and some sauce that was dripping from the sandwich and Sloppy .... the fries were frozen fries So what u see in the picture is what's left from the meal.... which i never ate it Totally waste of my time, & money I could've went to where the actually care about preparing the customers meal I will not be going back ever, they should've told me they closed at 6 before I had to call back to find that out I wouldve never ordered because cleary they ran out on meat 👀👀 Although this was a $14 + tax meal it should've been a little more

  Went to try them for the first time ordered online said my order would be ready at 3:24 got there a little after. The young lady at the counter acted as if she could not comprehend. I told her my name for my order she kept saying a name for someone else name Chandra as if I were doing DoorDash or Uber Eats. I told her I was not picking up for anyone but myself. They had two places next door from each other with similar names one was Vegan one was international. I went to the other counter after we went back and forth 5 times while she kept asking me if I was picking up for Chandra. I asked about the two places side by side she said they were not the same. Then when I went to the other place 2 ft away she came over and said oh we got your wings ready they still working in your oxtails. Which as I stated earlier was supposed to be done at 3:24. I then got a text that my food would be ready at 4:04pm. Then after waiting several minutes I went to ask her about the wait and that I would need fresh wings. She said she would ask and then came back and said they were out of the item. No remorse no apology no nothing just you want a refund and do you want the wings. Moral of the story I would never patronize again. And for a better choice of words do better with how you handle your customers and your error.

  This was an absolute terrible experience. I hate to even have to make this review. But it’s a no guys. These kids couldn’t care less about this food.

  Got the delicious jack fruit burger with sweet potato fries and a peach tea.
