    Worst experience, pulled up to the 2nd aisle since sign says pick shortest line . Young guy tall with dreads didn’t catch his name saw me and decided to skip taking my order when i asked he said he had other customers and didn’t see me instead of apologizing he tried justifying himself . Had to wait for everyone else before i got my order , i usually go to another location last time i go to that one .

    If I could give half a star I would. This used to be my favorites Dutch bros to visit. Staff is usually so friendly, helpful and great to talk to. I visited today to use my birthday drink at that and it was such a sad Dutch bros experience. I know this is a boomer complaint and I totally understand having a bad day and not wanting to be at work but if you can’t be nice don’t work in a customer service environment. The guy taking orders was rude and took my order wrong and made me feel like I was such an inconvenience. He also screamed & complained about something the car behind me had said/asked for and just seemed like he was in a terrible mood. I get it but don’t make it everyone else’s problem, get a different job. A big thank you to the girl he was working with who fixed my drink she seemed really sweet and I’m very appreciative of her fixing my order.

    Long wait time in line , took about 30 minutes , person taking order did not pay attention, so unorganized. On top of that did not get my order right at all .The worst experience at a dutch bros. This location needs to do better.
