This is my Second time within a week I’ve been to this location and purchased a frozen coffee and it’s been full of ice chunks and overall its taste more like water then coffee! Not to mention the customer service is not good. Workers are more concerned with texting than greeting and assisting customer.

When I asked about the tote bags, an employee told me that they only had the orange one available. While that was fine, it seemed a bit unusual considering the store had just opened and the release had only begun. Today, I returned for the release of the new $10 pineapple cups. I arrived at 5:00 a.m., and there were no customers in the store. The same employee I had spoken with previously was working. When I politely asked whether they had the new cups available, she immediately became rude and raised her voice, stating that the manager had the cups. I waited until around 6:00 a.m., at which point the employee informed me that the manager was six hours away from the store and had the cups with them. The interaction felt unprofessional, and I was disappointed by both the lack of information and the way I was treated.

Not to mention it was pouring down and starting raining sideways and into my partially cracked window, I couldn’t hear the intercom due to this. The person taking my order was rude. I’m 7 months pregnant and chose to not deal with it so I drove off. Customer service could use some work. They don’t have to worry about my getting my business.
