  I never really have complaints when I come to the Desoto location on Hampton, but today I was disappointed. Only 3 drink options, no oreos for blizzard, no salt or pepper just out of key things that customers normally request. Once we left i saw we received no napkins and minimal condiments for 3 orders I ordered. Please make sure you have this location stock up to be able to serve your loyal customers.

  I'm not sure what their hours are, but I can tell you that at 5:15pm on Tuesday, April 21, 2026, when I walked up to the door and tried to open it, no luck. It was locked. Several cars in the drive through, but I was on foot. Eh, I didn't need that milkshake anyway. Thanks DQ!

  Zero stars!! The service is horrible. They have the inside closed during daylight hours. Ice cream machine is down. And they are always oddly only taking cash. Close down already

  I order steak fingers and they got my order wrong. After leaving out of the drive thru, which was my mistake, I checked my order and it was incorrect. I go back around, get out of the car, walk to the door( which is locked and has a hand written sign on it that reads DRIVE THRU ONLY), make eye contact with a cashier at the front. I raise my bag and receipt and ask for a refund through the door, at which point me raises his head and points to the drive thru that is now a mile long. They have hired young adults who have absolutely no customer service. I'll drive to Dallas DQ or Red Oak before going to the DeSoto DQ.
