The manager was on duty and did absolutely NOTHING. DATE OF INCIDENT 09/25/26 approximately at 4:45. THE WORST LOCATION
- TKT KSep 1, 20261.0I had a very disappointing experience at this Chipotle location. The customer service was extremely rude and unprofessional. Orders are often incorrect, and during my visit today around 1:45 PM, I specifically asked for extra chicken. The employee placed only one small cube of chicken on my bowl and then rudely stated that if I wanted more, it would cost extra. The chicken had a burnt taste to it which made it even more disappointing. I politely said, “Okay,” but her attitude continued. She aggressively slid my plate down the counter and angrily rang up my order. She did not say thank you, have a nice day, or offer any basic customer service—she simply said, “Next.” The overall hospitality was terrible. Customers should not feel uncomfortable or disrespected for asking questions about their order. I understand that extra portions cost more, but there is a respectful and professional way to communicate that. This experience left a very negative impression, and I hope management addresses the customer service issues at this location.

Currently 20 min delay on my order and they still have 5 orders ahead of mine and the in person orders don’t help even though they DONT have anyone in line.
