Since 1950, Whataburger has proudly served a bigger, better burger. It all started when a young entrepreneur named Harmon Dobson had a bold idea: to serve a burger so big that it took two hands to hold, and so good that after a single bite customers couldn't help but exclaim, “What a burger!” He named his humble burger stand in Corpus Christi, Texas, “Whataburger.” Over six decades later, we're still family owned and operated. Each and every Whataburger® is still made to order. We still use 100% pure beef and serve it on a big, toasted five-inch bun. And now, as we proudly serve burgers, chicken, salads and breakfast at more than 800 Whataburger locations across the country, that first burger stand is still close to our hearts.

- JWJena Weeter4 days ago1.0I repeated my order at least 7 times. The woman taking my order seemed distracted. Sure enough when I got my food it was wrong. I’m human, I know other ppl are human and make mistakes. NBD. I’m all for just fixing it and moving on. HOWEVER after I pointed out that my order was completely wrong the lady at the window treated me like I did something wrong and was really mad and pissed at me. She acted like I was stupid and caused her all these problems and it was all my fault. Totally gaslighting me. She then had some other associate come and take my order again (instead of her so she didn’t have to deal with me anymore), they charged me additional money, and then got my order wrong again. They were so rude and aggressive, I’m pretty sure I was overcharged and I never even got what I really actually ordered. My 11 year old son was with me and was completely dumbfounded at how poorly I was treated because THEY made my order wrong.

Waited in the drive through for 15 minutes, asked them how much longer after they asked me to park and the girl told me laughing she had no idea, so i told her i wanted a refund because we had already waittd long enough and she thought it was funny and mentioned the wait earlier was 20 minutes so 15 minutes wasnt that long. Just ridiculous!

I get a dry piece of chicken with no pimento, no sauce, nothing. Just dry chicken between 2 pieces of bread. Crazy thing. There isnt even 1 menu item that resembles this. Genuinely so angering and disappointing I didnt even want the food anymore. My appetite rests in hell. Soon I will be taking my own life. This sandwhich will be in my suicide letter.
