  the experience I had at the drive-thru was frustrating. I told the employee multiple times to please give me a minute because I was trying to figure out what my 3-year-old wanted. He wanted ice cream, and since I knew Taco Bell didn’t sell ice cream, I asked if there was anything similar, such as a Freeze. Instead of simply explaining the options, the employee responded in a rude and impatient tone, saying, “We don’t have ice cream, what can I do?” I understand that the drive-thru can be busy, but I shouldn’t feel rushed or spoken to disrespectfully when I’m simply trying to place an order. A little patience and better customer service would have made a big difference. I hope management addresses this because customers should be treated with basic respect.

  Customer service at this location is really bad. PM shift the ladies working there will completely ignore you and won't give a crap. This location it's very convenient but please give proper staff training on how to approach and take care of customers.

  Placed an online order while in the long line, got to the speaker and said that we had an online order to pick up. The lady taking our order said “next time don’t place an order while in the line” we would have taken the same amount of time to place this online order as it would have to start saying it at the speaker. We were trying to get the line moving so we could keep moving up so more people could take their orders. We get to the window and they say it to us again, so I told them again that we would have taken the same amount of time. The lady also proceeded to then slam the window in our face. I have worked in fast food before and there are always going to be those people who order while in the line. I didn’t want to do it tonight but the line was long and we wanted to keep the line moving it basically was like taking 2 orders at once.

  One of the best locations I've been to. Clean and there was actually meat and cheese inside the tacos instead of being stuffed with lettuce and almost nothing else.

  Great hidden gem! Good food/ clean restaurant/ always quick in and out. Staff is always friendly Nacho fries are a hit/ cheese sauce makes great food better. Crunchy tacos are flavorful and always spot on
