  I'd love a response from corporate. This location refused to allow a disabled person use their restroom unless they bought something. Guess what, that disabled person was having an emergency and needed to go. Where is your humanity? Fn ridiculous not allowing a disabled woman to use the restroom. I use to like Taco Bell, but not anymore. I'll be boycotting their stores and products. Corporate please contact me.

  I am writing to formally express my dissatisfaction regarding an experience I recently had at your facility. I placed an order for food that unexpectedly contained a sweet, cinnamon-flavored ingredient inside of what was supposed to be a savory item. Because the food was fully covered with toppings, there was no visible indication that this ingredient had been added, and I did not realize it until after taking a bite. The unexpected flavor combination completely ruined my appetite and experience. After discovering the issue, I brought it to the attention of one of the employees. Instead of simply honoring my request for a refund, the employee repeatedly insisted on remaking the order. Although I originally stated that I would rather receive my money back, I eventually agreed to allow the food to be remade. Unfortunately, the situation became even more frustrating when I returned to pick up the replacement order. The same employee who initially took my order told me that I “needed to take a look at the order next time.” I found this response inappropriate and dismissive. Due to the way the food was prepared and covered with toppings, there was no reasonable way for me to know what was inside before tasting it. The responsibility for properly preparing and presenting the food falls on the staff preparing the order, not the customer. At that point, I felt blamed for an error that was not my fault. Looking back, I believe my original request for a refund should have been respected instead of being pressured into accepting a remake. Additionally, there should not have been a “next time” discussion after such an unpleasant experience. I am submitting this complaint because I believe customers should be treated with professionalism, accountability, and respect when concerns are brought forward. I hope this matter is taken seriously and addressed appropriately.

  I am here like 4 times a week and I’m sure those workers know my order by my name. They are my goats fr and they’re always nice to me and they’re fast every time. Hope those guys get a raise 😁
