- VMV MaiSep 11, 20263.0I do really like the drinks here, though I can’t speak for the food. The staff can be dismissive and passive aggressive at times, which I normally don’t care about too much. However, it just feels like they’re upset with you no matter what you order, or seem annoyed by questions (first time I was there I didn’t understand what sizes they had available because they are not listed as the standard small/medium/etc and, again this being my first time here, I didn’t see the cups stacked up by the register). I come here with friends and we are a bit confused. Every time we’ve come here they’ve made my friend an iced earl grey. Not once were we told that it was not on the menu despite coming here for probably two years now (which would have been fine if they told us it wasn’t possible!) but the last time we were here the person who took the order was quite rude to my friend and told us that they couldn’t do iced earl grey and seemed incredibly offput by the mere prospect of it being mentioned. I’m not sure if other employees were just making it to be nice, if they changed what they can and can’t make, or if maybe this person was new… but it’s really not hard to politely inform someone instead of whatever that was. This is probably the most “extreme” irritation we’ve experienced, but I definitely get the vibe that we are bothering them somehow every single time we come in because of how we’re just looked at when ordering.

I got a large hot pumpkin pie (latte i believe) and it was very delicious! I gotta extra sweet bc I use oat milk and it was not grossly sweet. I think I could have gone regular but nonetheless a great pick me up. I also got the biscuit sausage egg and cheese added hash browns. So good! I also felt a hankering for zucchini spice bread and almost decided on a another sweet treat. I'm glad I stuck w zucchini bread as it was sooooo good! Pick up was easy and workers were pleasant. Will 100% be back!
