  Got denied service today. I walked in to make my order and was told they could not do it because they had more orders in front of me to do. Which is weird because I was the only person in line.

  I ordered online and was told my order was ready but when I got to the store it wasn't ready, the only employee was extremely rude and she only focused on the walk in customer even though my order was first. Had to wait 20 minutes and the other food for my family got cold. Just close down the store if you don't have enough employees.

  Diana at Subway was absolutely amazing. Super friendly, patient, and made sure everything was fresh and made right. You can tell she actually cares about the customers and keeps a positive attitude even when it’s busy. The service was quick, the food came out great, and she made the whole experience better. Definitely one of the best customer service experiences I’ve had at Subway. Give Diana a raise.

  Ordered two cold cuts online when I arrived Order was not started, place was not busy. The lady started my order while I was Sitting because I didn't Want to hover over her which I should've did because she gave me a completely different sandwich and there isn’t extra meat like I paid for. Didn’t notice till I arrives Home and honestly don’t have the energy to come back for nothing that shouldn’t have happened 😤😤

  The workers were very rude and uptight. Then, proceeded to get upset with me because they made my sandwich wrong (i ordered online). When she remade it, she was throwing my sandwich around with an attitude. Never going there again ..
