  I live close by and I have never had an issue with this sonic and me and my Family come here quite often I pulled up and ordered two sonic glass and it never came out to me. I saw three cars rolling and come out and I still didn’t get my order even when I asked somebody about it.i left and I’m irritated about it

  Ordered a chicken sandwich. I used to love them. I couldn't even finish this one. It tasted like fish, I was perplexed. Chili cheese tots were cold as well. Limeade was just sprite with a lime. Not what I'm used to. Service was awesome, food not so much.

  EDIT 09/13/26 Three times in a row now when I have gone to this location the service has gotten worse and worse each time. Waited way longer than I should have had to to for a single burger (literally one burger, no fries no drink no shakes no anything extra ONE burger) esp considering that the parking lot was less than 1/4 full. Also this is roughly 2:30 pm on a Sunday afternoon not exactly rush hour. The screen went from "in kitchen" to "on the way" back to "touch screen to order" while I watched three other cars that had arrived after me receive their food. I politely asked one of the workers to check on my order. I received a bag with a receipt timestamped less than 1 minute prior (odd considering my card swiped nearly twenty minutes ago, and it's now been 10+ since my food was allegedly "on it's way") containing a cold burger. Apparently you can get a fresh receipt at this Sonic's but not fresh food. I asked for a refund, that at least I received promptly. In the future: if my options are a day-old half-eaten sandwich fished out of the dumpster behind 7-11 or ordering food from this Sonic's location, I honestly might have to stop to think it over. Got an American Double and a large milkshake. The burger turned out to be like 60% lettuce and pickles, the meat was room temperature and the cheese looked like it had come out of the fridge 5 minutes ago. A burger I would describe as "saddening". The milkshake was good at least. I've had breakfast burritos here in the past and they were great so I will chalk this up to y'all just being busy/short staffed.
