  One item was missing and the French fry container was about half full. We were pretty disappointed this time.

  got two ice creams , jenna the carhop messed up my change , i gave her 20.50 on a 9.50 ticket and she gave me 7.50 back, i wasn’t upset, so i asked if someone could bring me the correct change since i was about 4 dollars short, the same girl came out with two dollars and a random amount of change threw it in my hand and walked off without saying anything , not even sorry , i was still 50 cents short , i did not want to even bother again, im not worried about the 50 cents, she was not very nice and acted like i was the problem .

  Genuinely the worst experience I have had at sonic ever. I am six months pregnant and worked on my feet all day. I drove to sonic to have dinner in the carhop lane. I sat there exhausted eating and in the middle of my food two employees, one looking like a manager covered in sweat walked over asking me to roll my window down. They told me that at 5pm probably their busiest time they decided they wanted to do maintenance at the lane I was in and asked me to move. I find it extremely insane that you choose to do that when yall are insanely busy. I had to back out of a lane while the line was backed up and almost ran into a car just so that I could squeeze out of that lane for them. They need to learn to manage their time and choose to things at a time that makes more sense. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE experience. Do better! I won’t even mention the mediocre food I had this time too, I wrote it off as them being super busy but then they ask me to LEAVE in the middle of eating. Absolutely insane.
