  First off, told us the ice cream machine was broken but the shake machine was working? My girlfriend worked at sonic before and knows those are the same machine. Then I ordered a large tater tot but got medium, I payed extra for it like cmon. The burger looked like they just threw the meat on it and they didnt even add ketchup. Also my girlfriend got a chicken sandwich and that doesnt come with tomatoes but for some reason it did. Everytime we come here this always happen, we are never coming back to this location.

  This place its workers and manager will get your food wrong. They have wasted my money and my time and continued “remake” my food wrong multiple times and when they’re “remaking” my food for 30 minutes, they are just sending me back the same thing with absolutely no changes, All I ordered is a hamburger with no cheese no onions and no mayo and apparently that is too complicated, all you have to do is not put those things on the burger. Over all very disappointing for something I’m paying for, and then playing in my face acting like they’re fixing it then having the nerve to send me the same mediocre crap back, and this is not the first time I’ve experienced incompetence at this location, go to any other sonic.
