  Look... Autistic... Toothache... Crappy day... More irritated than ordinary before I got there... Grain of salt, and all. But I do speak very clearly, so if I happen to have repeated my entire order twice and find myself immediately correcting almost all of it... Whataburger is across the street. Probably a new guy. Fine. I just don't care right now and if you think the new guy can't handle a simple and repeated order... Maybe have the person training him listen in? See if it was vague or confusing or... neither? Maybe check on the headset. Doesn't matter. I'll come back. The review will either change or evaporate after an only adequate exchange. In the meantime, the flybies will see 4/5, and the curious will hit the grain of salt disclaimer, first. It just wasn't a highly detailed order for twenty people with dietary restrictions. Number four, no mayo, tater tots, and a large drink; and another number four, no mayo; just the burger. Those were the actual words in the actual order, as spoken. Both times. At least check the headset. Something wasn't going through. Same words when asked to repeat... Like, autistic. Actually those same words, and that would have been fine. The next four clarifying question were fine. New employees are new. Hearing an order repeated back that the clarifying questions just determined was not my order and watching that order pop up on the screen... The Whataburger on the other side of the interstate is just less a waste of time for me by this point. I don't work at Sonic. That was just too much. Sorry, but, wow.

  No where on menu did mention $7 meal deal that is shows on the app. Menu board dated and hard to read all I was seeing was single items for $9.

  Mid day semi rush I suppose. The car hop who took our order barely responded during the order. Then when they dropped it off one word was spoken an exasperated "thanks" as she bolted away.

  I am very disappointed with this Sonic. I damn near come here at least a couple times a week and today I ordered the seven dollar bundle meal and I came back up here and told them that they did not give me my tater tots and my chicken bites and they are still not trying to give me my food that I have paid for just because the cooks and Is saying that they had gave me my food this is very disappointing. I even had my best friend And he watches the type of stuff that I’m having to go through. This is crazy how people treat you only God can judge I’m sorry I just hate that I can’t get what I have paid for

  This is the second time that I have ordered a footlong quarter pound coney and asked for mustard and onions to be added. The amount of mustard that was added is ridiculous. It is impossible to see the chili or the cheese underneath the massive glob of mustard. I understand that I requested the mustard, however I did not expect/want it in such abundance. Made like this makes it nearly inedible. I always order it this way and this is the only location creating such a mess. The only reason for this much mustard is if someone thanks they are funny. I will order at another location in the future.
