  Usually my experience here is well , however after picking up my family’s order today I realized they made every meal except for one correctly . I called in after dealing with their line being busy and someone picks up and is sort of lost on what I explained about the customization although I was very clear multiple times. That wasn’t a big deal , they asked me to come back for a remake which is an inconvenience due to them . I returned after 15-20 mins of picking up my original order and now all the food was cold , so I asked for replacement tater due to THEIR mistake . They said no , which took me by surprise since I had literally returned them with the incorrect orders . I then asked for a refund since there was no type of remorse for making me drive back to the establishment for their mistake . I receive a refund for my order however not for the burger in the second order . They tell me they can’t refund it but then I asked for the car hopper to ask once more and they give me the refund . This has never happened out of all my visits here and it’s truly disappointing that I’ll have to now drive to the one on Colorado .

  Ordered through doordash nothing was the dashers fault, they were prompt and on time. Ordered chicken sandwich and mozarella sticks. The patty was old as if it was sitting out all day. The mozzarella sticks were bland as if they hardly put them in the fryer. Ordered 3 sauces. No sauses included but they were sure to add that funky peppermint. Its just disrespectful because they know its delivery so they treat you any which way. Wish they would treat customers how they wanted to be treated im sure they make their own lunch there properly.

  Came to this location on August 27 placed my order with the lady and waited almost 20 minutes with no order. When I push the button again to ask him the status of my order, she proceeded to tell me that it was never placed and what I like to go ahead and place it. Absolutely ridiculous and horrible Service.

  terrible coney dogs, both were the hardest I've tasted in 20 years at the place. poor service too.
