  Went in person early morning when there were almost no cars, placed an order on the app and immediately checked in and my name displayed on the screen. They attempted to bring me someone else’s order twice. Gave people that arrived after me extra stuff since the wait “took so long”. Looked at me multiple times but did not ask if I got my order or offered help, and only after waiting 30 min and calling into the store did they give me my order. Nothing to compensate or anything more than a “sorry about that”. Food was good but service was not!

  I used to love this restaurant, but when I placed an online delivery order today they cancelled my order after 20 minutes. When I attempted to call the store, I was immediately hung up on 3 times.

  I drove up and asked if yall had the frozen refreshers and the little girl on the speaker was very rude and shouldn’t be taking orders if she can’t answer my questions. I didn’t even want her to take my order so I ordered online, because it was gonna get ugly if she said anything else smart! Please hire better customer service workers how hard was it to be polite!!
