  What is you store policy about ranch dippings? I ordered 6 that was approved in my mobile order through the app and was given none. It happened to me before so i checked it and asked them for ranches i ordered and i got half of what i ordered. I was told by the staff that he can get me the remaining and left and i got nothing. If you cant provide something dont offer it on your app. Its misleading. If you can provide only 1 thats fine dont offer a bunch in you app and refuse to serve it.

  Stopped by today and had a great experience! My food came out hot and fresh, my drink was made exactly how I ordered it, and the service was fast even though they were busy. The staff was friendly and had a positive attitude. It’s nice to go somewhere that gets your order right and treats customers well. Definitely one of the better Sonic locations, and I’ll be back!

  This is the best Sonic in Denton by a long shot. I drive across town to go to it (I live about 5 minutes from the Ft. Worth location that is horrible on every level.) They seem to actually have some care for what they are doing, and I really appreciate that!
