  Our waiter Allen, was amazing and kept everything full and the Blackened Red Snapper was terrific as well as the mushrooms.

  Food was great. The service was fantastic. Alexis was wonderful…great attitude, helpful with the menu, attentive, asked if we needed anything. Ask to be in her station and you won’t be disappointed. Alexis gets an A+++!

  I went there for a meeting and had the Grilled Chicken Breast with mashed potatoes and a Caesar salad. All were good, especially the Caesar salad served on a chilled plate. The Chicken Breast was on the dry side, however.

  All around great service. Food was perfect, staff was respectful and sweet. We had a great Mother’s Day. My kids love our servers and we will definitely be back.

  On April 18, 2026, my wife and I visited Saltgrass Steakhouse in Denton, TX and experienced what I can only describe as discriminatory service. There were four open seats at the bar, still set from previous guests. We sat down and were clearly seen by the bartender, who made eye contact but ignored us for over five minutes while chatting with coworkers. When an older white couple sat next to us, the bartender immediately stopped talking, cleaned their seats, and took their drink order—without acknowledging us at all. We were finally addressed nearly 15 minutes after sitting, and only after the white couple had already been served. The pattern continued throughout the visit. Another mixed‑race couple sat nearby and, like us, was not offered bread, which is standard at Saltgrass. Shortly after, two white men sat on the other side of us and were promptly served and explicitly offered fresh bread. At that point, the difference in treatment was unmistakable. Mixed‑race couples were delayed and denied standard service, while white patrons received immediate attention and courtesy. This was not poor service—it was discriminatory service. Every customer deserves equal treatment, and what we experienced at this location was unacceptable. This will be my last visit to Saltgrass Steakhouse.
