  All the employees watched me stand in front of the to-go desk for like 15 minutes, and not a single person said anything to me. One guy basically felt forced to talk to me when a computer went off at the to-go desk and he was too close to ignore me anymore. He went into the back and as far as I can tell the order was ready the entire time. It was 20 minutes overdue. I don't know if it's just an attitude of "that's not my job" or what, but overall I think the people here are beyond rude.

  Not amazing but solid steakhouse menu with above available variety. Seemed a bit expensive for the quantity and presentation. Service was timely. only negative was told that happy hour specials other than drinks were only honored at the bar seating and my companion was not able to use high top seating.

  we did takeout. we usually go to texas roadhouse, so this will be a comparison. food-not as good. portion size-way less, like about half. price-way more, almost double. service-when i got there, the takeout person was on the phone. so, a PAYING customer has to wait for someone who MIGHT become a paying customer. then, the attendant forgot part of our order. so, if you want food that tastes great, portion size that is big, and fair prices, go to texas roadhouse. if not, then saltgrass is for you

  AWFUL SERVICE !!! we waited almost an hour for a steak and a brisket sandwich. The server came one time to get our drink orders and just NEVER came back meanwhile a table of 4 casually pops in next to us and gets served IMMEDIATELY never have I ever waited on a meal for an hour. As the server lady casually comes with our food I just got my check and left first and last time I ever give this place a chance

  My husband and I went to have lunch at 2:15 in the afternoon on a work day. There were 2 other tables of people in there. We were sat, the sweet waiter came and took our order and then....we waited and waited. Finally our appetizer came and it was still cold on the inside. We waited again what felt like eternity and I finally asked our waiter what was taking so long( it had been an hour already) we had only ordered a chicken breast and beef tips. He apologized and went to check, after another 10-15 minutes our food came. It was horrible! Not sure what happened to this place but we will definitely not be back.
