  Had a great time here with a small group for my birthday. Steak was done exactly medium as asked (kudos to the grill), and my salad had very fresh greens and was delicious, too. Our server Rachel was friendly and very attentive—making for a great evening.

  Dining at Saltgrass in Denton this weekend was an absolute joy. The hostess was friendly, and seated us quickly with a smile and everything (which is becoming a rarity these days)! The manager Chase was very kind, and it was a pleasure to speak with him about how impressed we were with our experience, and especially our server... Our server Blake was AMAZING! He was so nice, and it is obvious that the customer's dining experience is his top priority. He had excellent menu recommendations, and my drink was NEVER empty. He was a good conversationalist without being intrusive. His timing was impeccable throughout our visit. We didn't have to flag him down even once. Ask to be seated in Blake's section when you visit this location. You will not be disappointed!

  The staff here made my in-laws feel so special for their birthday. Amazing service, we are so glad we were able to come enjoy together with them here! Our waitress was super attentive and sweet and the manager and other staff came to check on us and even gave our special guests happy birthday cards, so thoughtful and appreciated!

  I was craving a good steak! Saltgrass was a sure choice for good steak - good atmosphere... and it was our good fortune to have Ruby as our waitress! RUBY was excellent! Beautiful smile - pleasant disposition and very knowledgeable and answered all our questions! She was very efficient and made our evening all the nicer. We found out as we were leaving g that this was her first shift at this location.... Thanking her and wishing her well as she finishes her degree!

  Great food paired with truly exceptional service made for a wonderful dinner. Blake, our server, was outstanding. He was warm, attentive, and genuinely committed to ensuring every detail was perfect. He was even great with my two kids. His professionalism, friendliness, and impeccable service elevated an already excellent meal into a memorable birthday dinner. We look forward to returning again!
