- JHJ HAug 23, 20261.0I rarely leave reviews but this was so dissapointing ... me and my wife got some brisket egg and cheese tacos and every single one was pretty bad. They were falling apart and stuck to the aluminum around the tacos, there was more food stuck to the wrapper than in the tortilla lol. And the eggs were poorly undercooked and watery. I haven't been to Rudy's in a while and we were excited to have it again this morning but this makes me never want to go back.
