This is the second time we’ve received a pizza that wasn’t cut all the way through, which makes it frustrating to serve. The toppings are never consistent — either there’s barely any on certain slices or it’s unevenly distributed. The pizza also tends to have large bubbles in the crust. On top of that, the garlic knots were extremely dry, and honestly, everything we ordered felt dried out. What’s also concerning is hearing the manager yelling at employees while customers are present. That kind of environment doesn’t reflect well on the store and makes the whole experience uncomfortable. We’ve given this location multiple chances, but the quality and service just haven’t been consistent.
