  05/17/2026 I ordered is sausage and egg on chibada bread sandwich. I made the order ahead on the 16th for 10:50 am. I also ordered a iced mocha coffee drink. I got my sandwich with Chipotle aioli sauce and extra tomato. I will say I have not had panera bread in almost two years. In that time, I believe they have shortened the bread for the sandwiches. The sandwiches, I believe used to be bigger. The sandwich was very good, the way I ordered it. The sausage on the sandwich was very flavorful and still juicy. And the chipotle sauce, i've brought the sandwich to another depth of flavor. I have not experienced this before today. The chibada bread was soft, but it was not crunchy on the top as I'm used to getting from panera bread. The chibada bread was very good, light and chewy. My order was completed at the time, I had asked. My order was waiting at the rapid pickup counter. I have included photos of my sandwich. Would recommend going here, I will be going again.

  Employees couldn’t care less if your food is correct or on time if you place ahead. I was blatantly ignored when walking up to the online order pickup area until I had to initiate the completion of MY own order even though I was standing right in front of them. Drive through is futile because it’s just as slow. As a service worker, this is just embarrassing. The food has been lacking as of late but at least it’s always clean inside 🤷‍♀️

  Waited 5 minutes for the cashier to acknowledge me after saying hello 3 x, and then she acted startled when she finally did..I get that there's a lot of people here in Denton attending college whilst working, but comon. I don't even need any small talk- just service please. Their espresso machine was broken and I went in for coffee.No drive-thru option. I lived in Denton 15 years ago, and the service has really gone downhill at this location. Won't be back.

  There were no numbets, so I had to write in my name they had to call out. I was sitting quite far from the kitchen and never heard anyone call my name. The staff also didn't question the food standing there for a long time and me sitting there at an empty table in an empty restaurant. So when I finally got up to see what's wrong, they asked for my name. Of course, the food was already cold. Great first experience.
