    Where do I even start. I go through the drive thru and get to the speaker and someone greets me and asks what I want. I start to order and don’t get any answer back, so I wait. The line was extremely long by the way. I’m sitting at the speaker for about 10 minutes and I am noticing that the cars behind my going to the second speaker are getting their order taken. I keep saying hello to see if anyone is there and eventually I pull forward so I can let them know that either their speaker is broken or that they may have forgotten I was there. I got to the window to let them know what happened and asked if I could place my order there and this blonde 30 year old with curly hair and a stank attitude tells me they can’t take my order at the window and I have to get back in a line of 20+ cars that I already waited in and was ignored. I told her again that I was already in line and was ignored while cars behind me were placing their orders. She tells me that the guy on the microphone probably got confused on which lane he was talking to, so I’m thinking since she admitted to this being their mistake, they’d help me out… Lol no. She started to raise her voice and tell me to get back in line and get out of her window. I really did not ever want to go back after that but was hungry late tonight and thought it might have just been a one off situation… I was wrong. I placed a mobile order and went to pick it up and then decided to add more on separate orders. I get there and the line is even longer than last time, but no biggie i’m patient I don’t mind waiting. The speaker is broken this time and I can place my order at the window, which is ironic after being told last time orders cannot be placed at the window… I tell the lady I am placing two separate orders and picking up my mobile order (I did this so I could use my rewards). So she is aware that I am placing 2 orders and picking up a mobile order. She takes the two orders then I tell her the name for the mobile order and she then tells me I can only place 2 orders at once. I told her “oh no the third one is a mobile order I already placed 30 minutes ago” and she then goes to talk to someone. This someone happens to be the same blonde curly haired “sweetheart” from last time so I already knew what was coming. The blonde lady then says out the window that I can only place 2 orders at the window so I tell her that the third one is a mobile order. That of course pisses her of for god knows what reason and I am then told AGAIN to get back into the line that I was already waiting in for 30 minutes prior just to tell her AGAIN that i’m picking up a mobile order. I already paid so I can’t leave this time and go somewhere else so I get back in line and wait about 40 minutes. I get back to the window to tell her again that i’m picking up a mobile order then they easily hand me my bag which I don’t understand why they couldn’t have just given me the mobile order with the order I placed in the first place but I guess I can’t expect much logic from this lady. If you come here and they forget a sauce or an item you’ll probably be told to get back into a long line and wait so don’t even bother. I didn’t get her name but whoever this lady is needs to either go through anger management or customer service training or just be let go because I’m sure this is a common occurrence for her.

    Rude employee bringing food out for the drive through. My fault I did not check the order, came back for missing items and had to speak up loudly at the counter for assistance

    3 times in 3 different ocations they forgot a sandwich in our order. In another visit they told us they no longer offer the 20 nugget with the basket of fries and when I ask the cashier why they no longer have it she toll us they do so they have to do the whole order again. All of this happens in the last month.I think the staff need to be train or they need to have a quality check process in place. Is the closest one to our home but we trying to a avoid it if possible.

    My bf and I come here pretty often because college kids, cheapish food and it’s close. We tend to use the McDonald’s app when we come so it’s a bit easier and the last several times we’ve used the app, we chose curbside pickup and it just doesn’t seem to work. We will pick a spot before coming, and it won’t compute inside and we’ve waited over 20 mins for two meals and it wasn’t very busy. On two other occasions, we’ve picked a spot and entered the number and arrived at the McDonald’s and the app somehow says we didn’t choose a number, or that our spot was “moved”. Which then means no one brings our food and we have to go inside. Not the biggest deal but would appreciate it being looked into.

    I work for doordash. I came through the drive-thru, Friday morning around 4:15 or so. They could not find the order, which was not a problem. I went into the app and reported the issue and it told me to show them the phone and have them place the order there at the store and the doordash would pay them directly. The lady informed me that she wasn't willing to do that and then told me to leave out of her drive-thru. Mind you there was no one behind me. It's unacceptable to me that you're not willing to put an order in because you are busy, and then to be rude to the person in the Drive-Thru, it wasn't my fault either. She had stated when I first went through the drive-thru that she was counting the drawer for the lobby and that they would be open in 10 minutes for me to come in. I know she was busy counting a drawer but that does not excuse the fact that she was unwilling to put the order in or the fact that she was rude to me when there was no reason to be.
