  Just order from here and they got my order wrong so I had to come back. Also in my order I order individual hello kitty toys to collect and asked for the set. Instead employees told me it was random but I got all the same character which is shown on the box. So no its not random waste of money. Why give the option to buy the toys individually and say its random only to give out the same things knowingly because the characters are on the side of the box.

  I came here in the morning hoping to get food and a drink. The person that run me up was super nice but the lady where i get my food was rude extremely rude she forgot that i was at 2nd window for 10 minutes straight i pulled back and she told me to go back. I had pulled back a 3rd time and she gave me my drink half melted when i tried to talk to her she closed the window and waited for me to leave. I went inside to talk to a manager and she completely blew me off and said she was sorry and walked away. I will never be back due to this happening multiple times.

  They had us waiting 30 mins in line, the person taking my order was acting slow ash. And they forgot my cookies ON A online order. Like how you ain’t see that, let alone forget it. The nuggets wasn’t cooked all the way either

  Manager was very rude. Just said here and shoved the food at us... They gave me the wrong order and didn't even give us straws for our coffee. I didn't even get a reciept or anything. First and last time at this location.

  Waited way too long for our food to be brought cold. How cold? The kids cheese burger would not melt the cheese. Cold fries. Cold nuggets. All returned. I’ve never saw a table that wasn’t dirty with food. Never cleaned while I was there. The ketchup dispenser blurps out white-ish, yellow-ish, and sometimes pinkish-red. Ordering is tedious, even with their app. Even though you order a soft drink, they bring out an empty cup. Worst experience for any restaurant chain. When my daughter ever outgrows their play area, I won’t ever go there again.
